The U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission is mandated by Congress to investigate, assess, and report to Congress annually on “the national security implications of the economic relationship between the United States and the People’s Republic of China.” Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission will hold a public release of its 2018 Annual Report to Congress on November 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in Hart Senate Office Building Room 902.


The Commission’s 2018 Annual Report to Congress covers a range of topics including the U.S.-China economic and security relationship, China’s global engagement, foreign policy, and high-tech development.
