Netflix’s Erik Barmack on Ramping Up International Production, Creating Global TV

Madrid — Erik Barmack, Netflix vice president, international originals, sits on a sofa in an elegant, but discreet, uptown Madrid hotel. He looks rather tired, which he should do. The night before saw the premiere of “Elite,” Netflix’s newest Spanish original series, a murder thriller set at a posh co-ed high school plumbing the depths of adolescent insecurities and Spain’s gaping social divide. Self-respecting Spaniards party until other people are getting up.

Barmack also has, however, one of the most demanding jobs at Netflix: Overseeing its ramp-up of original series outside the U.S. This has been a rapid revolution.

Ahs: Apocalypse Recap: [Spoiler] Makes a Hell of a Comeback
American Horror Story: Apocalypse‘s brewing battle of the hexes — sorry, sexes — reached new heights on Wednesday when Cordelia reluctantly agreed to administer the Seven Wonders test on Michael. But when her gamble proved too successful, dark secrets about the would-be first male Supreme began to surface, setting the stage for the actual apocalypse.

Following a disturbing vision of the future — complete with flesh-eating zombies and a white-faced demon — Cordelia feared that her arrogance, her unwillingness to believe that a man is capable of Supremacy, would make that vision a reality. The viewers, of course, knew this to be nonsense,

‘American Horror Story’ Recap: Misty Day Returns and Stevie Nicks Performs in ‘Boy Wonder’
Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched “Boy Wonder,” the fifth episode of “American Horror Story: Apocalypse.”

Another “Coven” witch was resurrected, and the “White Witch” aka Stevie Nicks appeared in the fifth episode of “American Horror Story: Apocalypse” — and it was all because Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) allowed Michael Langdon (Cody Fern) to take the test of the Seven Wonders.

Last week’s episode of “American Horror Story: Apocalypse” was almost entirely a flashback to how Michael came to be a part of a coven of warlocks — who apparently have been regarded as lesser beings than

Warning: The following contains major spoilers for Wednesday’s Chicago P.D.

Chicago P.D. didn’t waste any time unmasking its big romantic twist during Wednesday’s episode, which opens with Hailey in bed… with a naked Ruzek! (Looks like that drink last week following Jay’s near-death incident led to more than just a hangover.)

“So… how do you want to play this?” Ruzek asks as he attempts to find his pants.

“Low-key,” Hailey replies. As in, don’t say anything to anyone because nothing happened. But that nothing was “pretty fun,” Ruzek notes. Hailey agrees, although it

‘A Million Little Things’ Series Creator Turns the Scorned-Woman Trope Inside Out

‘A Million Little Things’ Series Creator Turns the Scorned-Woman Trope Inside Out
[Editor’s Note: The following contains spoilers for “A Million Little Things” Episode 3, “Save the Date.”]

A Million Little Things” creator and executive producer D.J. Nash knew he was taking a chance when he introduced the character of Katherine (Grace Park) as a cold workaholic. “When I was talking to Grace about this role, I said, ‘In the pilot, we’re not going to understand her. But in Episode 3 we will.’”

That risky investment paid off in Wednesday’s episode when it produced the opportunity to create unexpected empathy for both parties, especially Delilah (Stephanie Szostak), otherwise known as the mistress of Katherine’s husband Eddie (David Giuntoli). Furthermore, Katherine upends the scorned-woman trope when – instead of devolving into a vengeful caricature – she has a calm and heartfelt conversation with Delilah, who also happens to be her friend. The women are reeling from the affair’s sudden discovery, but they’re also grief-stricken from the suicide of

And the petals have barely fallen off Jon’s funeral flowers when the secret of her tryst with Eddie becomes public knowledge in this Wednesday’s episode.

The fallout is as painful to watch as you might’ve guessed.

10 Things You Didn’t Know about Nana Visitor

Many a Trekkie would likely recognize Nana Visitor as one of their favorite parts of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She was a rather endearing character for many and while those that didn’t watch the show or don’t like Star Trek might not know her from there she’s appeared in many other shows as well during her career. She’s played many different kinds of roles and doesn’t generally get typecast as just one type of person or another, showing that she has a range that’s actually very impressive and able to paint her as a rather skilled individual that can

Will There Be Any More Bourne Movies?

Speaking from a personal standpoint and definitely on board with some folks I really hope to never see another Bourne movie come out again, but the likelihood isn’t diminished to nothing just yet. Already Matt Damon and a few others are stating that they’d be on board with another film if only to close out the story finally. Though honestly it seems that any one of the movies could have done this and put a nice cap on it without having to keep going and possibly sacrifice the fanbase in the process. The Bourne Legacy was a hard pill to
