Health No.1 《健康No.1》 is a best-selling Chinese quarterly health and lifestyle magazine that offers the best of the both worlds – western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Every issue of Health No.1 brings together a panel of more than 50 western doctors and TCM physicians as well as other health experts. Readers can expect regular features such as special reports on health and wellness, common ailments and their treatments, as well as recipes for healthy eating.

The inaugural issue, launched in December 2009, was completely sold out within one month of its launch, making it the best-selling Chinese quarterly health magazine in Singapore. Subsequent issues have been enjoying sold-out response as well.

Health No.1 is published quarterly in March, June, September and December. It is sold at all major bookstores, Buzz pods and newsstands at $5 per copy.
