    These 4 young people (two from Michigan, one from Japan and one from Germany) met with Superintendent Fortmann today. Together, they have collected 847 badges from national parks!

    Horseshoe crabs do not bite or sting. Their tail may look scary but it’s used to help them if they get flipped over by a wave. If you see one on their back, it’s okay to help them. Just be careful and pick them up by the sides of the shell, not the tail. Video by Kristin Johnson
