World Health Day 2018 – Universal health coverage: everyone, everywhere
1 April 2018 – On its 70th anniversary, WHO is calling on world leaders to live up to the pledges they made when they endorsed the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 and committed to taking concrete steps to advance #HealthFor All. This means ensuring that everyone, everywhere can access essential quality health services without facing financial hardship. In WHO’s Eastern Mediterranean Region, a special focus is being placed on universal health coverage for refugees and migrants.
