I've noticed how often a Bloomberg article gets things tragically wrong. Often it's a tech story, sometimes they get a bit too pushy on social issues. This piece on Apple not turning on the FM radio c...apability of their iPhones is case in point. If the Bloomberg reporter had asked Apple or any tech person, they'd have known the iPhone doesn't have an FM chip in their chip set. So it's not physically possible to "turn it one." Instead the reporter gets all outraged that Apple isn't complying with the FCC. You can't make this stuff up. ...sorry, Bloomberg doesn't allow sharing links, you'll have to Google it. See More

The BB app for Apple TV is really poor. I actually logged into FB just to voice my frustration. Constant interruptions of the “live” feed while the anchors are talking with commercials or recommendati...ons to view tictoc. The shows are not available for days or weeks, which makes them stale and useless. Amazing... See More

Bloomberg prints one of my favorite business magazines. This week one of my favorite people is the star. She must have quite the following since she comes toward the end of the magazine. I speak Of th...e CEO of IBM, and you can see the video on You Tube of the first time she called Watson "he". She caught herself and said she supposed that was proper since he was named for the founder of IBM and he was a male. She is one of the best public speakers I have ever listened to. I have subscribed to Bloomberg Businessweek and received a few copies. I then stopped receiving issues. I signed up for a year and received only 3 issues. I should be receiving them every week and hav...e missed the last 5 weeks. I keep calling Bloomberg and they do not have an e-mail address I can contact for customer service. Calling in twice, they assured me that they would contact the courrier. I still have not received the back issues. The last issue I received was Shale King. I am willing to change this review from a 1 star to a 5 star if they solve my issue and send me all the back issues or extend the issues past the 1 year mark to make up for it. See More

I love the magazine but customer support is non-existant. When my carrier didn't deliver for two weeks and I called three times to BBW, even the supervisor said that all they could do was to contact t...he carrier by email but if they received no reply that was best they could do. This is worst customer service I've had all year. See More

As a long time subscriber to Business Week magazine in my area they switched from mail delivery to someone throwing the magazine on my doorstep. I don't know if this was a cost saving move but I am re...ally tired of trying to retrieve to magazine from under my car every week. I would really prefer just getting it the regular mail.
