Throughout the year, IPS promotes selected textbooks, services and workshops as advised by the publishers. The promotions are carried out through personal visits to teachers, professors and decision makers. IPS also does extensive emailing and direct mailing and attends all the major book fairs and other regional educational exhibitions. For the purpose of promoting textbooks, resources and workshops.

IPS has built up important communication links with universities, schools and trade throughout the Middle East, a network that each year becomes wider and more comprehensive. IPS manages the Gulf States, North Africa, Cyprus, Malta, the Levant (Lebanon, Syria & Jordan),Turkey and Central Asia. IPS representatives regularly visit schools, universities, libraries and meet with professor, decision makers, librarian, distributors and bookshops. Through establishing personal relationships, extensive e-mailing and the direct mailing of promotional material (catalogue, leaflets, flyers etc), IPS continually promotes publishers and their products.
