Adam Rippon coyly responds to ‘Dancing with the Stars’ rumors
Is Adam Rippon doing “Dancing with the Stars”? The figure skater is keeping his lips mostly sealed for now.

“I would think that, like, it would be, like, such as, umm, the Americas and such as,” the Olympic bronze medalist told “Entertainment Tonight” when asked, invoking Miss South Carolina Caitlin Upton infamous answer at the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant. (This means he’s totally doing it, right?!)

One of the breakout stars of the Winter Olympics, Rippon seems like an ideal candidate to hit the hardwood for “Dancing”’s upcoming all-athletes season. (Plus, his BFF Mirai Nagasu has been angling for a spot already.) Rippon has been living his best life in the Olympic afterglow, doing everything from attending the Oscars to accepting the Visibility Award from the Human Rights Campaign.

A Nintendo Fan Has Calculated the Size of Super Mario’s Brother Luigi’s Penis

  • The Wrap
In the age of the Internet, there’s no shortage of people who love Nintendo games, jokes, and puzzles, and have the free time to pursue all three. Today, that combination has blessed the world with the (estimated) size of the cartoon genitalia that belongs to Super Mario’s brother, Luigi. This extremely societally important measurement is the result of recently-released preview images from the upcoming Mario-branded game, “Mario Tennis Aces.” One of them shows Luigi, Mario’s taller, green-clad brother, reaching for a swing that breaks his tennis racket. And thanks to the shift of his shorts as he twists to make the...

Getty Lawyer Accuses FX’s ‘Trust’ of ‘Cruel and Mean-Spirited’ Defamation

Ariadne Getty says FX has defamed her family by depicting her brother, J. Paul Getty III, as complicit in his own kidnapping in the network’s upcoming drama series “Trust.” The letter, dated March 15 and signed by Getty’s attorney Marty Singer, calls the show a “wildly sensationalized false portrayal of the Getty family” for the way it depicts the 1973 kidnapping of her brother, J. Paul Getty III. “It is ironic that you have titled your television series ‘Trust’,” the letter read. “More fitting titles would be ‘Lies’ or ‘Mistrust,’ since the defamatory story it tells about the Gettys colluding in...

Film Review: ‘Benji’

Before Air Bud, before Beethoven, there was Benji, one of the most beloved (and financially successful) canine characters in cinema history — and yet, oddly enough, a name unfamiliar to an entire generation of kids who haven’t seen a new installment since 2004’s “Benji: Off the Leash!” That’s 14 long years ago, which means there’s no one in this film’s target audience (unless you count “kids at heart”) who was alive when the last film came out.

Now, thanks to Netflix, the shaggy mutt returns to the screen (although not the big one, alas) for a “Benji” reboot that proves this particular dog has more lives than most cats, more charm than most humans and more earnings potential than the proverbial golden-egg-laying goose — which might explain why Blumhouse (the low-budget genre shingle best known for horror films like “Get Out” and “Paranormal Activity”) got behind what is essentially a remake of the 1974 original,

All 42 Video Game Movies Ranked, Including ‘Tomb Raider’ (Photos)
Video game movies have a bad reputation because, well, there are very few that we’d call “good.” At their best, at least so far, the big screen versions of video games have been fun and trashy entertainment. At their worst, however, they’re as bad as anything else we’ve ever seen in a movie theater. So let’s rank ‘em! 41. “Postal” (2008) The pinnacle of director Uwe Boll‘s string of horrendous video game movies (he has five that qualify for this list by getting theatrical releases somewhere), but to be fair it’s probably still a better work of art than the game it’s based...
