Portland Dining Month returns March 1 with restaurants across the city offering special three-course menus for $33. This year, some 125 restaurants plan to take part. As you might expect, the menus vary widely, with French, Middle Eastern, Italian, Cajun/Creole, Korean fusion and more represented. After several years at $29, the set price menu has crept up a bit, but one thing hasn't changed: Not all dining month deals are created equal. Yesterday, I explained how I choose the promotion's best values. Today, it's time to name the 27 restaurants most worth your time and money.
