PUBLISHED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LAKE OSWEGO SCHOOL DISTRICT LJH replacement Project Notice is hereby given in accordance with ORS 279C.335(5) that a public hearing on exempting the Lake Oswego School District (LOSD) LJH replacement Project public improvement contract from the competitive bid process and approval of the alternate contracting method known as "Construction Manager/General Contractor" (CM/GC) will be held by the LOSD staff on February 26th, at 1:30 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on LOSD's draft findings in support of this exemption and approval of the CM/GC Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract method.
