Poster Presenter Information

Posters will be on display in the Exhibit/Poster Hall during all exhibit hours on Wednesday evening (Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall), Thursday, and Friday. Poster presenters for odd-numbered posters will be available on Thursday, April 12, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am; presenters for even-numbered posters will be available Friday, April 13, from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm. 

The poster display area is 3'8" x 3'8". Poster presenters will be able to upload their poster as an ePoster IN ADDITION TO presenting a printed poster at the meeting.  Posters should be procuced in either 42"x44" or 44"x44" format to comply with requirements for ePosters.
