The Fall 2017 Semiannual Report to the Congress has now been posted on the OIG website. It covers OIG’s oversight work during the reporting period April 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. This meets OIG’s requirement to issue a semiannual report to the Congress on oversight of the Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors.

A former U.S. Department of State employee pled guilty to conspiring with others to sell vehicles belonging to the government, without authorization, for their own personal profit. OIG's Office of Investigations assisted with this case.
