Mayor Ted Wheeler must be delusional in regards to the homeless problem when he states that it is getting better. Maybe he should drive around town or bike (more like it), and check it out. All he has to do is drive Interstate 5 from Northeast Broadway to Vancouver. It looks like a tent city.
Being a taxpayer, it really peeves me to see all the trash thrown around, it looks terrible. If I were to throw trash outside my building, I'm sure I would be fined, but of course, the taxpayers must pay, for all others who don't pay, The city will pick it up for you. He's a joke, and the whole city government is also.
