Responsible for mapping business goals and developing Group-wide strategy. Also identifies business development opportunities and potential acquisitions.

Raises finance to fund Informa’s strategy and operations and maintains a robust financial control environment. This team also leads finance functions across the company, co-ordinating the financial and non-financial information used by management and the Board to assess performance and identify risks and opportunities.

Protects, manages and delivers value from some of Informa’s key intellectual property assets. This team has expertise in finance and law, brand, product development and systems architecture.

Manages Informa’s profile, reputation, engagement and relationships with internal and external audiences, including colleagues, investors and the media. The team also develops and leads the Group’s sustainability and corporate responsibility activities.

Advises on issues such as commercial contracts, compliance and corporate transactions. This team also includes Risk and Compliance, which ensures the company meets legal and regulatory obligations and acts ethically, and the Company Secretary function.

Our European, Americas and Asia Shared Services Centres centralise certain tasks that let Informa’s Operating Divisions work as efficiently as possible. These include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

The central Talent team is responsible for identifying and investing in existing and new colleagues, and ensuring Informa has the skills and capabilities required for the future. This team also manages the Informa Graduate Fellowship Scheme. It sits alongside the central Technology function, which plans, delivers and maintains the technologies, platforms and systems the Group needs to operate and maximise efficiency, from customer relationship management and marketing to finance and planning tools.
