This agreement is issued under the authority of the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (Pub. L. No. 107-347, Title III).

Filers and ethics officials login to Integrity through MAX.gov’s FISMA accredited Central Authentication Service, run by the Budget Formulation and Execution Line of Business.
