How can I set up my free NYTimes.com access?
If you subscribe to The New York Times International Edition newspaper, you can enjoy full access to the NYTimes.com Web site, including the new international edition. To activate your digital access, please follow these steps:
  1. Click to go to My Account
  2. Enter your newspaper subscription account information
  3. Link these details to your existing NYTimes.com account

How can I set up my free access to the NYTimes apps?

Hand delivered copies can arrive at any time from the early hours of the morning in most cities. Call us for details on the service in your area. Postal delivery times vary from country to country. What do I do if my paper doesn't arrive?
You can contact us and we will extend your subscription accordingly. You can also report non-delivery by logging in to your account and managing your subscription online. In all cases, we will contact your local distributor to make sure there are no on-going problems, and to ensure your paper will arrive as normal the following day.
 
My newspaper is damaged, what do I do?
Contact us and we will arrange to re-deliver the copy in question, or extend your subscription as you require.

I get the paper delivered at work during the week - can I get the weekend copy delivered to my home address?

Why didn't I receive a refund?
Refunds are only issued if the outstanding balance on your account exceeds 15 euros or the local equivalent. However, in Asia there is no minimum refund amount.
