Trivia

From launch in 1988 until 1996, the show was filmed in a small studio overlooking the Albert Dock in Liverpool. The location meant that passers-by could see the hosts and guests, which often led to people gathering outside the studio. In 1996, production moved to London in an attempt to attract A-lister guests, as Liverpool was often too far for them to travel to, though the show did return to Liverpool in 2013 for the 25th anniversary episode. The ultimate in day-time TV
22 May 2003 | by See all my reviews

Top quality day-time TV show which luckily has not been too badly affected by the departure of Richard and Judy who the made the show a great hit. They would always be a hard act to follow but Fern Britton and Philip Schofield have done quite a good job so far. I always try to watch this if I get a day off or have a sick note. It is still going strong at the moment. Long may it continue.
