So, our (group) team just created the Online Generator Final Shot Resources that will help you to get Coins and Gems in no time. This game is pretty fun, but will take a lot of time to get Gems & Coins in it, so we designed and coded an online generator to help you to cheats the game and import the number from text boxes of our software to your place to the game of your iOS or Android.
And for your knowledge you must to know that our online generator don't request root or jailbreak or download, install any files on your iOS and Android. No worries, no problems, just access our generator online it and have fun!View Thread
Is this normal for digital scales? If it is, how can they truly be accurate? I know that a couple of ounces isn't a big deal, but I'd still like some clarity on the matter.
Thanks,

I'm sorry to hear of your discomfort caused by weight gain. But I am glad to hear that you are putting your health first by seeking mental health treatment. I also commend you for seeking professional help with your weight loss. You seem like you are a very proactive person who takes his/her health seriously!

I've definitely been guilty of being a so-called "yo-yo dieter" as well. Sometimes it's just hard to get and STAY motivated especially when there are so many other factors playing a part in our lives.
I've lost quite a bit of weight within the last couple of months, and to be candid, if I had to ONLY eat salads with vinaigrette dressing, then I don't think I could have lost the weight. What you put in your mouth is one of the main components of losing weight, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring or tasteless.

As for staying motivated, every person has to find a method that works best for them. It is unique to the individual. For example, meditation really worked for me but it may not work for you.

I found forskolin in WebMD's Vitamin & Supplements section.

Also, please update us once you talk to your doctor. Also, if you do wind up taking forskolin, be sure to come back and tell us about your experience.View Thread
Do NOT get discouraged. You are doing the right thing by putting in time and effort to improve your health.
But please remember, the number on the scale is not the end all be all. Regardless of the number on the scale, do you feel better? Healthier?
There could be a chance that you are gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, but ultimately, you should speak to a health professional about your concerns regarding gaining weight despite being on the right track.
Here are some great resources that you can check out that will hopefully answer your question:

If you seem to have hit a plateau in your diet routine, I read an article that might have some useful information regarding when you should eat rather than focusing solely on what you are eating.
