Jesuit beat Glencoe in three sets Tuesday night to win its 88th consecutive volleyball match. The Crusaders are 24-0 this season and on track to win their third straight state title. Others have had longer volleyball state title win streaks, but few, if any, have been as dominant as the Crusaders during their current run.

SUSTAINED GREATNESS: WHAT COMPARES TO JESUIT'S 88-GAME VOLLEYBALL WINNING STREAK?
Since beating Roseburg in four sets in the 2013 third-place game at the 6A state tournament, Jesuit hasn’t lost a match. The Crusaders went 31-0 in 2014, losing just twice in 83 sets, both to Central Catholic. In 2015, Jesuit was 32-0 in matches, with an 83-3 record in sets. This season, the Crusaders have dropped only two sets. Jesuit has never played a fifth set during this 88-game run.
