Public Notice Topic: Proposed Revisions to Permitting Original Art Murals Administrative Rule and Notification Process for Final Land Division Decisions (Plats) Administrative Rule Summary: The Bureau of Development Services proposes to revise administrative rules for Permitting Original Art Murals and Notification Process for Final Land Division Decisions (Plats) to include gender neutral language in accordance with City Council Resolution 37175. In addition, the Final Land Division Decisions (Plats) Administrative Rule is proposed to be revised so that the parties notified for final plat applications are consistent with those of the preceding tentative land division. City code requires that a hearing be held if a hearing is requested. If a hearing is requested, further notice of that hearing date, time, and location will be provided. If no hearing is requested by Monday July 31, 2017, the revised administrative rules may be adopted. Copies of the proposed revisions may be obtained by calling staff at the Bureau of Development Services noted below.
