Notable: This is the second meet in the summer series, which began Thursday at Stanford and concludes July 6 at Icahn Stadium in New York. Athletes are divided into teams representing Philadelphia, Portland, New York and San Francisco. ... The men's 1,500 meters features Olympian Robby Andrews, who won the 2017 USA Track & Field outdoor title. Andrews still needs to gain the qualifying standard of 3:36.00 to represent Team USA at the World Outdoor Championships next month in London. Andrews said Saturday two-time Olympian Lopez Lomong will pace the for first 1,200 in 2:52. Then, Andrews said, runners will try to "hang on for dear life." ...
