NLM now offers chat with our customer service librarians. Sometimes, you may experience a little bit of a wait time during busy periods. The service is available Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 5 PM Eastern Time (except federal holidays).

Customer service librarians are happy to answer fairly quick, routine questions about our services and products. However, if you have a non-routine, complex question about any of our Web sites or databases, it may be more efficient to visit our support portal to create a ticket.
