Teaching on the Non medical prescribing course (V300) as well as the community nurse prescribing (V150) programmes.

Professional interests include non medical prescribing. Advanced minor illness management. Hypertension management.

The role of non medical prescribers in advanced minor illness management and clinical assessment.

Sam qualified in 2004 and has extensive experience in community pharmacy, GP practices, Urgent care centres, out of hours medical services as well as clinical commissioning groups and several hospitals.
