Affordable housing and cost of living. Great downtown. Just steps from Michigan's government center including the State Capitol, Michigan Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, local courts, and state administrative offices.
Work and study in the heart of downtown Lansing, with great neighborhoods with affordable housing nearby, a reasonable cost of living, and a diverse population. Lansing offers a wide range of opportunities for students to join together for service, culture, and local sports.
WMU-Cooley has been instrumental in the rejuvenation of downtown Lansing. The three Lansing buildings—the 220,000 sq. ft. classroom building, 60,000 sq. ft. library, and 64,000 sq. ft Center for Research and Study (CRS), have been completely renovated. Lansing campus allows all students to learn in state-of-the-art wireless classrooms, to practice in court facilities, and to study in the spacious Brennan Library.
