If you have been exposed to COVID-19 before you’re fully vaccinated (>2 weeks after the last vaccine dose in series), you should quarantine and get tested. You should also reschedule your vaccination appointment until after your quarantine period has ended. (1/2)

Today, I got to workout with friends, distanced, outside. It was glorious to see them (outside of a zoom box) and be challenged by them. Tomorrow I will be sore, but I will have a big smile. This is what vaccines get us. Please get vaccinated when you have the opportunity!

Any risk from the JnJ vaccine is VERY small. You are 200X more likely to die this year in a traffic accident than to suffer a stroke when you get a JnJ COVID-19 vaccine! Thanks for helping people understand. Millions have safely been vaccinated & are now protected!

Important to say this: - If you received the JnJ vaccine, congrats! You’re protected from severe - If you were scheduled for JnJ, the mRNA vaccines are pretty damn good. - If you’re disheartened, remember that bumps in the road happen. But we can still move forward.
