CANBY UTILITY Invitation to Bid (ITB) - Public Improvement Canby Utility Combined Service Center Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: July 26, 2017 at 2:00 PM First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than July 26, 2017 at 4:00 PM Canby Utility seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to construct Phase 1 of the Canby Utility Combined Service Center Project, referred to as the "Project". The Project is to be built in two distinct phases upon an approximately 6 acre site at 1265 SE 3rd Avenue in Canby, Oregon. This ITB relates to the build out of Phase 1 as indicated in the drawings and specifications. It is anticipated that Phase 2 will be built out sometime in the next 2-10 years. The buildings are designed by Mackenzie and are sized as follows: Building A: 16,003 SF, Building B: 20,978 SF and Building C: 17,429 SF. Portions of Building A and the site (including some off-site work) would be built out in Phase 1. Buildings B and C and the remaining on and off-site work will be built out in a future Phase 2. The estimated construction cost for Phase 1 is $5.2 million. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB.
