United Pet Group has recalled some packages of dog chews containing rawhide due to possible contamination with a quaternary ammonium compound mixture.

C.O. Truxton, Inc., expanded its earlier phenobarbital tablets to include additional phenobarbital products as well as amitriptyline tablets due to possible label mix-ups involving the products. The initial recall was prompted after a bottle labeled as phenobarbital 15mg was found to contain phenobarbital 30mg.
