Wooden racks like these were used to dry sterilized boots, aprons, and gloves worn by Ebola responders in Liberia in 2015. Anything worn by healthcare workers or ambulance team members who had come into contact with people suspected of having Ebola had to be disinfected or disposed of safely.

Flu activity update: the latest report from CDC says the majority of influenza viruses collected and tested from October 1 鈥 November 25, 2017 are similar to components of the 2017-2018 flu vaccine. CDC recommends vaccination with an injectable flu vaccine for everyone 6 months and older, and now is a good time to get vaccinated.
