The Family Resources of Western PA’s mission is to prevent and treat child abuse by strengthening families and neighborhoods. It operates the Family Retreat Center, which provides the opportunity for families to change their perspective by changing their location. Here, the Family Resources of Western PA provides families a supportive environment in a camp-like setting with the physical and emotional space to enable the process of healing.
