Westgate Center (or Westgate Shopping Center) is a 640,000 sq ft (59,000 m2) regional shopping center located in the West San Jose neighborhood of San Jose, California. The mall is located at the intersection of Saratoga Avenue and Campbell Avenue.
Ownership[edit]
The current owners are Federal Realty Investment Trust, who also own Santana Row and Old Town Center in Los Gatos.
Facilities[edit]
Westgate Center, located in San Jose, California is a 645,000 square foot center offering a one-stop destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Westgate Center features a multitude of shops and restaurants including Nike Factory Store, Michaels, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Old Navy, Buffalo Wild Wings, and more. Westgate Center offers brand name merchandise at a great value each and every day. Our core retail partners are well-known outlets and proven national retailers. Westgate Center also offers a variety of dining and service opportunities for those looking to open in an established neighborhood and retail center. With a limited amount of available space, we are carefully selecting a retail mix that reflects the needs of the community.
Stores[edit]
Stores at the mall include J. Crew Factory Ross Dress For Less, Nordstrom Rack, Target, Old Navy, Any Mountain, Michaels, Nike Factory Store, Party City, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sleep Train, Burlington Coat Factory, Ella, GAP Factory Store, Torrid, Men's Wearhouse, and Tuxedo Wearhouse.
The mall previously hosted a Montgomery Ward's where the Target store is now located Barnes & Noble until it closed in 2013 as one of 16 stores closed that year. This location is now a Nike Factory Store. Also previously in the complex were Storables, Blockbuster Video, Safeway, and JC Penney. Century Theatres also had one of its domes, Century 25, on the complex at the corner of Saratoga Avenue and Campbell Avenue, before it was sold to an independent group who renamed it the Retro Dome. The group eventually moved and the dome was demolished, replaced by the Veggie Grill.
Restaurants[edit]
Restaurants of the mall include: Buffalo Wild Wings, Smash Burger, Starbucks Coffee, Orange Julius, Sushi Boat, and Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza, Corner Bakery Cafe, Dim Sum Express, Fish's Wild, Gong Cha, Subway, The Blue Door Restaurant and Bar, Veggie Grill and Falafel Bar. Former restaurants include Fresh Choice, Chevys Fresh Mex, Max's[disambiguation needed], and Johnny Rockets.
