Trivia

S-mines or "Bouncing Betties" were left all over Eastern Europe as well as other war battlefields such as Libya, North Africa and France. The mines were left behind after WWII and many still remain in those countries as a danger to farmers who would try to grow crops in those fields. They are reusable if carefully extracted from the ground and repinned. The market for a source of such weapons is ripe for those willing to take on the risk of locating and digging them up and repinning. The mines in this episode are not currently being made in Germany, they are reclaimed by black market arms dealers. See more »

Goofs

When Luke is having breakfast and Gibbs house Gibbs tells him to put the milk in the fridge, when Luke doesn't move Gibbs gets up, opens the fridge and says he wont ask again, leaving the door open. In the next shot as Luke gets up to comply the fridge door is shut and Gibbs has to open it again. See more »
