  1. Graffiti at the Washington Monument successfully removed today; work at the other sites will continue tomorrow.

  2. More graffiti found, at the D.C. War Memorial. Likely same source as that at Lincoln, Washington, World War II.

  3. National Mall monument preservation crew is removing weekend graffiti from Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and WWII Memorial.

  17. There is no power to the Wash Mon which has caused the lights to go out. Staff is on site attempting to diagnose and repair.

  18. Inauguration transportation plan has information on street closures, pedestrian routes, Metro schedule and more.

  19. Wash Mon lights were on this morning; the system’s clock is likely out of sync. The problem is expected to be fixed by this evening.
