Latin Name[edit]

Without getting into a lame edit war I'd like to note that the Seal of the University which is stamped onto my testamurs contains the Latin name TERRAE REGINAE UNIVERSITAS.

Royal Children's Hospital[edit]

Have found that the link to the Royal Children's Hospital links to the hospital in Melbourne. Given that the RCH was replaced by Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in South Brisbane, is the connection still existent and thus necessary to the article? Tbyrn21 (talk) 22:11, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

Cleanup[edit]

I began a cleanup of the lead since unreliable sources and booster statement had begun to leak in. Specifically statements like this:

The university has also been associated with almost 100 Rhodes scholars and admits the majority of its state's top achievers. [1][2][3]

While it might be true, this is entirely sourced to UQ press releases and that isn't acceptable. If anyone can find reliable sources to back up the statement then I'm sure we can add it back to the article Aloneinthewild (talk) 15:23, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
