So I would tel you as an investor I would be wondering about the following, and hopefully this might help you a bit:

• 4 year forecasts typically mean nothing, I prefer 2 year but those are still typically used to just gauge your thought process at this point.
• Did you run an extensive AB environment?
• Do you have letters of intent for people to use?
• What round of funding is this?
• Why do you need so much?
• How do I know you can execute.

Typically raising this amount of money pre-revenue is a challenge if you're not raising institutional/vc money, and if you do raise from those types you can expect them to take the farm because you have no revenue - so the risk is still extremely high.

Can you raise a round to get you some traction? Would ease a ton of investors minds and then would give you an actual valuation you can defend.
