The 59th Golden Globe Awards, honoring the best in film and television for 2001, were held on January 20, 2002. The nominations were announced on December 20, 2001. The 59th Annual Golden Globe Awards were another waste of time in my humble opinion cause except the wins of Jennifer Connelly and Russell Crowe for A Beautiful Mind? I wasn't that much impressed with any of the other winners of the night and i mean that 100% and although i haven't seen Alias even tho i'm familiar with it? I bet Jennifer Garner did an awesome job within in it for sure.
