BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:20 A.M.) - The Houthi forces carried out a surprise operation in Saudi Arabia's Asir Region on Tuesday, targeting the Al-Safinah Military Base that was under the Saudi Army's control.

Video footage of the Houthi forces operation was captured by Hezbollah's official media wing on Tuesday; it showed the latter's units entering AlSafinah Military Base after a short firefight with the Saudi Army.

Following the Saudi Army's retreat from the Al-Safinah Base, the Houthi forces entered the military installation and seized all of the enemy weapons before destroying everything at the site.

According to the Houthi media wing, their forces eventually withdrew from the base due to its susceptibility to Saudi airstrikes.

What is always amusing with the Houthis’ actions is how they manage to really kick KSA’s militaries’ asses : when you know how well these are crazy well equipped with a gigantic budget for a so low populated country, thus, it’s a good barometer how the kingdom’s “subjects” are willing to fight for their kinglet… A serious difference if we compare to Syria 😉
Thus, they should either change their commentator or at least do treatments on his voice. Gosh, sounds like an icepick in the ear!
