Still needs improvement even after years
The search function in this app (and even on the website) is total crap and always shows irrelevent stuff that i am not looking for. Also you guys should allow searches to be more general keywords instead of forcing us to search a very specific item. You guys should add an option into the app where we can "select" what game systems we own, and only show us games that we search for with those specific game systems... it just clutters everything up when im searching for a PS4 version of a game and i have to scroll through 15 other versions on other consoles just to find what im looking for. I enjoy shopping here, just always dread searching for stuff on your website and app... search function definitely needs improvement
Worst App Ever
Completely useless!!!!! I was told that I would be able to reserve items via the app. WRONG! The app shows you that certain items are available and lets you put them on hold. After calling about 5 different stores to check and see if they actually had the items I found out that, that was not the case. Even though it shows they have the item. They really didn't. I even reserved an item via the app and drove across town to pick it up all to find out they had sold it. Because someone had called and when someone calls to put an order on hold it does not show it out of their inventory. It only shows when you do it on the app. WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED! I can't believe how inaccurate everything was. I wish I could rate this -100 stars

If you're an active customer to gamestop this app is perfect. You can manage your active offers and keep track of your membership score and much more. I use this app on the daily for checking out prices and trade values. The app gives a lot of opportunity out that you can use to better your daily experience at gamestop.
