Erin Duffy is a doctoral candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. She holds an M.P.H. from Boston University with concentrations in biostatistics and epidemiology, and a B.A. in religion from Wellesley College. As a principal statistician in the Department of Medicine Statistics Core at the University of California, Los Angeles, she contributed to study design, data management, and statistical analysis for numerous observational studies and clinical trials. Previously, she worked as a clinical aide in an outpatient rehabilitation setting and as a patient navigator and case manager for refugees and asylum-seekers in Massachusetts. As an undergraduate, she was a fellow at the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs and studied global health in Switzerland, Tanzania, and Vietnam. Her research interests include domestic and international public health and health services.
