Trump and Russia: Challenges and Opportunities

President-elect Donald Trump and several of his nominees have signaled interest in improving relations with Russia. The U.S. intelligence community reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally ordered a campaign to influence the U.S. election in Trump's favor. Key Congressional leaders are more critical of Putin and Russian policy. How does all this complicate Trump's plans?
