Getting There

RAND Gulf States Policy Institute's New Orleans office is located in the New Orleans Central Business District at the intersection of Poydras Street and St. Charles Avenue and is adjacent to Lafayette Square Park.

Driving Directions:

• Driving from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport—Start out going southwest toward South Access Road. Turn left onto West Airline Highway/US-61. Turn left onto Airport Access Road. Merge onto U.S. 90 Business East and take exit 234B on the left toward Poydras Street/Superdome. Stay straight to go onto Poydras Street. The office is on the right.
• Driving from the north—From I-55 South merge onto I-10 East via the exit on the left. Take exit 234B on the left toward Poydras Street/Superdome. Stay straight to go onto Poydras Street. The office is on the right.
• Driving from the northeast—From I-59 South merge onto I-10 West via exit 1C on the left toward I-10 West/New Orleans. Take exit 235B toward Canal Street/Superdome. Take a slight right onto S. Derbigny Street and then a right onto Canal Street. Turn right onto St. Charles Avenue and then left onto Poydras Street. The office is on the right.
• Driving from the east—From I-10 West take exit 235B toward Canal Street/Superdome. Take a slight right onto S. Derbigny Street and then a right onto Canal Street. Turn right onto St. Charles Avenue and then left onto Poydras Street. The office is on the right.
• Driving from the west—From I-10 East take exit 234B on the left toward Poydras Street/Superdome. Stay straight to go onto Poydras Street. The office is on the left.

Parking

Parking is available at the Poydras Center Parking Garage. Enter on Camp Street, perpendicular to Poydras Street. The garage is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Costs are $4 for the first hour, $3 for each additional hour up to 12 hours, $20 for 12 to 24 hours.

Entering the Building

Take the elevators to the 14th floor of the Poydras Center. No ID is required.
