Mariah Carey has parted ways with longtime creative director, dancer and tour choreographer Anthony Burrell following her disastrous New Year’s Eve performance, according to media reports. Entertainment Tonight cites sources close to the singer, who say Anthony Burrell is “not being brought back for a number of reasons.”
Carey’s performance suffered from an audio equipment malfunction. Apparently, the singer could not hear herself — or possibly anything — in the on-stage monitors. The rest of the world could hear the music and backing track however — including all those pre-recorded high notes. »

The charges against former WWE star Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka for his girlfriend’s murder in 1983 were dismissed by Lehigh County Judge Kelley Banach on Tuesday.
According to People, the judge granted Snuka’s attorney Robert J. Kirwan’s request to dismiss the charges after supplying the 72-year-old’s medical records. The wrestling legend suffers from early-onset dementia and post-concussion syndrome, and there is “no substantial likelihood that would regain mental competency in the future,” his lawyer told People.

Bindi Irwin channeled her late father, Steve Irwin, by getting extremely close to a crocodile without breaking a sweat. On Wednesday, the 18-year-old conservationist shared a video of herself bravely feeding a croc at the Australia Zoo.

Girl Meets World is officially ending.
After weeks of speculation over its future, Disney Channel’s multi-camera comedy -- a spinoff of beloved ‘90s sitcom Boy Meets World -- will end later this month, when it airs its final episode on Friday, Jan. 20, titled “Girl Meets Goodbye.”
“It is with incredible pride in our work and complete sadness that things end, that I report to this wonderful audience that our show is over,” the show wrote in a series of tweets via the Girl Meets World writers’ Twitter account on Wednesday.
