A French Château-style home in the Hamptons is getting a price cut to $65 million from $75 million.
The property, which sits on about 3½ acres on the ocean in Southampton Village, first went on the market this summer, when it was being offered along with an adjacent five-bedroom house owned by the same family for a total of $100 million.
