We broke the news to Cris Judd at The Grove in L.A. Tuesday, and he was legitimately surprised. Check out the vid ... it doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement.

As for Cris ... he's long since moved on since their 2002 divorce. He's remarried with a kid.

One thing's for sure -- if J Lo and Drake make any music together ... Cris probably won't listen.

A graphic designer is suing Cher claiming she jacked his famous typeface and slapped it all over her 2013 album, "Closer to the Truth."

Moshik Nadev says he created the font, which he calls Paris Logo, back in 2011 ... which earned him praise on a load of graphic design websites, even Vogue.

Nadev says his famous font and the font on Cher's album are indistinguishable ... in thickness of the swishes and lettering which, gotta say, they look super similar.

Nadev says he contacted Cher, her label and graphic designers to fork over the materials they used to create their logo, but they've refused and continue to sell the album.

He's suing for more than $5 million in damages.

We reached out to Cher for comment ... so far, no word back.

Lucy Hale's legal team is going after a site that posted topless selfies of her in a bed.

The "Pretty Little Liars" star's lawyer, Marty Singer, fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, which posted 2 racy photos from her phone that were apparently sent to a friend. The pics show exposed breasts and nipples, and a breast tattoo came along for the ride.

Singer could not be clearer ... Lucy owns the pics and insists they were meant for a friend, but someone hacked into her phone.

We're told the site is reviewing the letter, but for now ... the pics remain front and center on the site.

CNN'S political commentator Angela Rye has major beef with TSA after a pat down she says went way over the line of decency, and might even be criminal.

Angela came on "TMZ Live" to explain why she ended up in tears after the incident in the Detroit airport, telling us the agent did much more than the "backhanded pat down" she was supposed to do. Angela insists the female agent touched her genitals ... multiple times.

Video of the incident -- recorded by a police officer -- shows Angela recoil when the agent appeared to go up her dress. It's clear she was very upset at the end.

For its part, TSA says its investigating to make sure protocol was followed.

TV's first gay bachelor, Robert Sepulveda Jr., is bringing awareness to sex workers by getting mostly naked on camera. Bare with him ... there's a point to this.

The "Finding Prince Charming" star says he recreated real moments from his rent-a-guy past for a 2017 calendar -- hence the big wad of cash in some of the pics.

Robert owned up to having been an escort right before his show started airing. He says he hopes the calendar can be a conversation piece. Not about his piece, but about the plight of sex workers.

The limited edition calendar is entitled "Rented" and costs $50. Robert says all proceeds go to the Sex Workers Project.

The racy teaser video tells fans to "Order yours today." He means the calendar. We think.

Justin Bieber was just indicted for allegedly ordering a beatdown on a photog in Argentina and then stealing his money and gear.

A judge in Buenos Aires just dropped the hammer against the pop star for the 2013 incident. 

Bieber has maintained all along this case is a bunch of nothing and the judge is a lone wolf who has been out to get him. Until the case is resolved, Bieber cannot return to Argentina, because he'll be arrested.

Our sources say Bieber has a plan. His lawyers will appeal the indictment, hoping that the appeals court judges will see the indictment for what it is -- a publicity grab by the judge -- and throw the case out.

The problem for Bieber ... he's about to start his South American tour and Argentina is by far the biggest market and his biggest fan base on the continent. As one Bieber source put it, "The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy."

Dani Mathers is facing way more than a conviction for invasion of privacy for secretly snapping a pic of an elderly woman at a gym ... it could ruin what she believes is a promising real estate career.

Dani's lawyer is in court right now, trying to strike a deal with prosecutors so she doesn't have a conviction on her record. We've learned attorney Tom Mesereau just told prosecutors his client will do a full mea culpa ... apologizing to the victim, undergoing counseling and even taking an anti-bullying course.

Here's the immediate problem for Mathers. She's been working on getting a real estate license and worries the California Bureau of Real Estate will reject her application if she has a record.

Mesereau has told prosecutors his client will go even further ... going to schools and talking about bullying and how it impacts people. 

As you know ... Mathers not only posted the pic, she body shamed the woman with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

We're told her lawyer feels prosecutors are out for a pound of flesh just to appease the public. As for whether Mesereau will get his way, all we can say is this -- he got Michael Jackson and Robert Blake off.

11:40 AM PT -- The judge appointed someone to look at the confiscated documents to help the court decide whether or not they are privileged.  

10:46 AM PT -- Court is in recess for 5 minutes, and the judge's decision is expected when they return.

10:08 AM PT -- Durst is wheeled into court and seated next to his attorneys to begin the hearing.Robert Durst's lawyers will fight to keep stacks of confiscated documents from being used in his murder trial when they march into court Wednesday morning ... and we're live streaming.

Durst's lawyers claim police illegally seized the personal docs from Durst's homes and a friend's home. They also believe the material is subject to attorney-client privilege. Prosecutors argue at least some of the docs are fair game because they were shared with producers of HBO's 'The Jinx.'

Durst is currently in jail awaiting trial for the murder of Susan Berman. He pled not guilty in November and says he was high on meth when he confessed to the murder on 'Jinx.'

Blac Chyna is a liar and Adidas NEVER made a single overture to her about fronting a shoe line ... so claims Adidas.

Sources connected with Adidas tell TMZ, "This is 1 trillion percent false at level. She has never been on our radar."

Chyna's lawyer had told TMZ Adidas offered his client $250k for a line of shoes, but claimed the amount was woefully inadequate.

Adidas is calling BS and says there has not been a single discussion with Chyna, her lawyer or anyone else about using her to hawk shoes.

Chyna's lawyer tells us, "I have absolutely no comment."

Heidi Klum and Seal have the co-parenting thing down pat -- just take your kids on a luxurious ski vacation ... works every time.

The unruly passenger who turned a Korean Air flight upside down Tuesday was caught on video during his tirade. 

TMZ has obtained the video showing the passenger going ballistic ... shouting, spitting and kicking anyone who gets in his way. He eventually gets tied up. 

As we reported, Daisy Fuentes claimed the Korean Air flight attendant didn't know how to use a taser so she could not effectively subdue the man.

Korean Air claims she didn't use the taser because she was afraid she'd hit other passengers.
