The Walking Dead: Five Ways to 'Fix' What's Broken and Exploit What Isn't

We don’t have to tell you to say what you will about the Negan era of The Walking Dead — you’ve been doing that for the last two months, sometimes quite colorfully, in the comments section that follows TVLine’s recaps. You’ve also said it at times by just plain tuning out. (The Tara-and-Heathcentric “Swear” episode was the AMC drama’s lowest-rated in four years.)

But here’s the thing: Season 7 isn’t that bad. Or at least it certainly isn’t all bad. And it would really take very little to fix what’s broken — or maybe not even broken, »

In the wake of Debbie Reynolds’ death on Wednesday, the Hollywood vet was mourned by TV daughter Debra Messing.

After first reacting to the “devastating” news on Twitter, Messing expressed her sorrow in an extended Instagram post, where she described her Will & Grace mom as “loving, and bawdy, and playful.” (As you’ll recall, Reynolds recurred as the outrageous Bobbi Adler, for which she earned an Emmy nomination in 2000.)

“My heart is literally broken,” Messing wrote. “For eight years she was my mom. She was pure energy and light when she came on stage. She was… a consummate pro — old-school »

Saturday Night Live: The 10 Best Sketches of Season 42 (So Far)

Saturday Night Live‘s current season got off to a great start, and it was only partially thanks to Donald Trump.

Though the president-elect provided the Not Ready for Primetime Players with an extraordinary amount of material, the show excelled — at times, even more so — with some of its apolitical humor.

The Real Housewives Franchise Had Its Worst Year Ever — Time for a Face-Lift?

28 December 2016 8:26 AM, PST

First, a confession: I know way too much about these women. Over the past decade, I’ve watched more episodes of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise than I feel comfortable admitting in mixed company. But all that guilty-pleasure viewing gives me the authority to say this: 2016 was the worst year in the franchise’s history… and I fear that it’s all downhill from here.

Don’t get me wrong: Andy Cohen and Bravo have built an impressive empire out of filming a bunch of rich women drinking wine and sniping at each other. A good Real Housewives season is a nice, »
