    VA’s eBenefits site, which links to resources and materials for helping transitioning Service members understand the services available through the VA and the military health system.
  • Veterans Crisis Line
    Free, confidential support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1, use the Veterans Crisis Line online chat, or send a text message to 838255.
  • Veterans Health Library
    Online 24/7 access to comprehensive, Veteran-focused health information that is consistent with VA clinical practice. Its information, resources, and tools are engaging, “Veteran-friendly,” and written in plain language that is easy to understand. No matter where Veterans receive care, VHL can help them understand and manage health problems, make informed health decisions, and actively partner with their health care teams.
  • VA Caregiver Support Program
    A resource for caregivers and Veterans from all eras and professions and for the general public. VA’s Caregiver Support Line, 1-855-260-3274, is available 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday (all times Eastern). It provides referrals to local VA Medical Center Caregiver Support Coordinators and VA/community resources and offers emotional support.
