The Producers Guild of America has selected “Dancer,” “The Eagle Huntress,” “Life, Animated,” “O.J.: Made in America” and “Tower” as nominees for its top feature film documentary award.

The winner will be announced on Jan. 29 at the 28th annual PGA awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The Eagle Huntress,” directed by Otto Bell,  is the story of a 13-year-old Mongolian girl named Aisholpan attempting to be the first female eagle hunter in her country. It’s narrated by executive producer Daisy Ridley.

Sony Pictures Classics bought “The Eagle Huntress” after its Sundance premiere and released the film on Nov. 2. It’s grossed $542,113 at 39 North American sites.

O.J.: Made in America” has also been nominated for the top feature award by the International Documentary Association. It’s produced and directed by Ezra Edelman for Espn Films and its “30 for 30” series. “Made in America” premiered at Sundance and was released in theaters »
