I think -5 is maybe a little too steep. You could field 5 TLT Rebel op Hwks each with intel agent and vectored thrusters (or replace one with chopper and whatever 3 point upgrade you want).

How about you cannot target lock a ship obstructed by a cloud (measure from closest point as if you would for a turret)?

Another idea (could be used alone or in conjunction) would be to grant an evade result if the defender is obstructed by a cloud AND their base is touching a cloud. The downside to this could be overlapping a cloud skips your action step, but otherwise causes no damage, ion, or stress.

Whisper would be insane with stormtrooper and FCS. 3 attacks with 3 dice each (4 at range 1), you get a target lock after every shot and if you do hit you get a focus too (so potentially 3 additional focus tokens).

You could just use sleeves that are opaque on one side for that. That would be better because there is no risk of revealing wrong side when you take it out.

Brit here who visits Texas a lot, it doesn't even come close.

Taco Bueno (similar to Taco Bell) is a fast food chain that blows it out of the water (and is about 1/4 of the price)

But then some Hispanic friends took me to Tacos La Banqueta which is on a whole other level compared to Taco Bueno (and still just as cheap).

And now I am hungry and miss Mexican food.

Just a point to think about, your boyfriend says it was too loud to hear his phone in a club.

You also say one of the people who you had tried to call posted photos on facebook. Did this happen before you called them? It would be tough to miss a missed call when opening your phone to go on facebook.

As another thought, if I decided to leave somewhere to go to a different club than arranged whilst a member of my party (let alone partner) was in the bathroom and I had decided to tell someone behind the bar (which is just dumb when we all have phones), I would like to think I would be checking my phone to see why they have not showed yet.

I can't think of an explanation that would satisfy the amount of disrespect he has shown you.
