Yasmine Hamdan, the Lebanese singer-songwriter whose forthcoming debut Ya Nass is set for release at the end of next month, has graced magazine covers and the big screen all over the world, but it’s her warm vocals that are poised to make a real impression stateside. Singer-songwriter Diane Cluck has long been an influencer in music, employing acoustic sounds in an unconventional way that has continued to evolve throughout her 14-year career. Now, Cluck is back with seventh album Boneset, her first in eight years. In anticipation of the forthcoming release, Cluck has prepared a video for standout track “Sara,” matching the minimal instrumentals and distinct vocals with scenes from nature that feel as organic as her music.
