Esther Nyakong is an 18-year-old South Sudanese refugee living in Kakuma camp in northern Kenya. She is a the top of her class in Morneau Shepell, the only girls' high school in the camp. Only 1 per cent of refugee students in Kakuma will make it to university. But Esther is determined to beat the odds, and one day become a neurosurgeon.
