Tyga is in legal trouble regarding his finances, again.
The rapper is being sued in a lawsuit for failing to make car payments on a red 2016 Ferrari 488, according to legal documents obtained by E! News. The lessor, Alex Benedict, filed the suit earlier this month in Orange County Superior Court claiming that he made an agreement with Tyga, 27, in May but the rapper has yet to pay.
Benedict is asking for $150,000 in damages. Tyga’s attorney did not return request for comment.

Police are investigating an anti-u.S. rant posted by Abdul Razak Ali Artan on Facebook just minutes before his attack on Ohio State University students on Monday, according to ABC News.
“I can’t take it anymore. America! Stop interfering with other countries, especially the Muslim Ummah,” the post reads according to NBC News. “We are not weak. We are not weak, remember that.”
